Victoria is a registered nurse with over 30 years of nursing experience. She completed her general nurse training at Alfred Hospital, Prahran and then studied midwifery at Mercy Hospital for Women, East Melbourne where she worked for 20 years. She has worked and studied predominantly in women’s health including operating theatre, gynaecology-oncology, midwifery, sexual health, reproductive medicine and more recently general practice. She has been an active member of the Fertility Society of Australia for many years and held the position of President of the Fertility Nurses of Australasia 2003 – 2005. Last year Victoria completed studies in Specialty Breast Care Nursing Practice through La Trobe University.
Victoria values her role as Breast Care Nurse and working with Chantel to help deliver the highest standard of care to all patients. Her aim is to ensure patients and their families receive current evidence based information and feel fully supported as they work together towards optimal health. She incorporates her passion for both fertility and breast cancer work to have a special interest in fertility preservation.
Victoria is a keen gardener having completed horticultural studies at Burnley Horticultural College and also loves tennis, yoga and travel
