I graduated from Monash University in 1984 with an MBBS (Hons). I completed my anaesthetic training at The Alfred Hospital in 1991.
My special areas of interest are women’s breast and reconstructive surgery, anaesthesia for general orthopaedic and spinal surgery, vascular surgery, urology and bariatric surgery.
After completing my Fellowship of Anaesthesia in 1991, I have continued in full time anaesthetic practice, providing both in hours and after hours anaesthesia. As a hyperbaric doctor, I have also been involved in caring for patients at the Hyperbaric Unit at the Alfred Hospital, and was Deputy Director of the Victorian Doctor’s Health Care Advisory Service for several years.
I have always been interested in general health, wellness and fitness, and ensuring that there is time for this in the working day.
